HOW IT WORKS

Water Recycling ~ High Volume De-Muck ~ No Wash Chemicals ~ Rapid Wash Time

The Eastland Truck Wash system is a full function automated system and includes:

• Two step chemical application

• 40 metre drive-through wash bay

• Heavy duty solids removal and recycling system

• Wash duty cycle approx 8000 litres per minute

• Four to eight minute wash time

• Remote internet management

AUTOMATIC

1. Swipe your tag to open the gate and enter the yard

2. Drive up to the start of right-hand bay and carefully read the instructions and caution sign

3. Swipe your tag and select your desired wash options

4. Close your windows

5. When the light is on, SLOWLY drive through the bay. As you progress, the next cycle will automatically start

6. After rinsing has finished, drive out and swipe your tag at the exit gate to leave the yard

MANUAL

1. Swipe your tag to open the gate and enter the yard

2. Drive into the LANE 1 bay

3. Locate the instructions board on the left hand wall - please read this carefully

4. Swipe your tag on the reader

5. Select Hot or Cold

6. Each swipe will last 10 minutes

7. The 2 shorter hoses at the entrance are a chemical spray to coat your vehicle

8. The 2 longer hoses at the Exit end are fresh water power washers

9. Swipe your tag on the reader on the right hand wall to use the bigger de-much hoses - read the instructions

10. After rinsing has finished, drive out and swipe your tag at the exit gate to leave the yard

MULTIPLE VEHICLES?

Get a tag for each vehicle, identified by the registration plate number, so you can keep track of each vehicle's maintenance and costs. Registration number, date, time and services used are recorded for each swipe.

PAYMENT

As you swipe your tag, each transaction is sent remotely to our accounting software, ready to be tallied up for month end billing.
